WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

We currently accept credit cards and PayPal as our main payment methods.

Acceptable credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

At this moment, we do not accept personal checks, money orders, Bitcoin, cash on delivery (COD), Purchase Orders, or wire transfers. Any checks or money orders received in the mail will be shredded and disposed of properly.

IS IT SAFE FOR BUYERS TO USE THEIR CREDIT CARDS?

Yes, our website is secure. All of the information submitted is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. In the bottom right corner of your browser, you will see a padlock icon, which indicates that a page is safe.

Encryption is enabled on all the pages where you enter credit card or other personal information.

CAN THE BUYER ORDER AN ITEM THROUGH THE MAIL (INSTEAD OF THE INTERNET)?

We are unable to accept orders placed through traditional mail because we do not accept personal checks, money orders, or other forms of payment. 

If you want to purchase an item, you must do it through our website. Any check received in the email will be shredded and disposed of properly.

WILL THE BUYER GET REFUNDED FOR A PACKAGE THAT WAS “RETURNED TO SENDER”?

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and each item returned to us is subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please follow “ Return to Sender” reasons below:

  • Unclaimed: restocking fee charged
  • No Such Address: restocking fee charged
  • Address Incomplete: restocking fee charged
  • Move/Unknown: restocking fee charged
  • No Such Post Office: full refund (how is that your fault?)
  • Refused: restocking fee charged.

All packages returned to us come with one of the reasons checked off by the mail courier on a separate form.

DOES THE SELLER CHARGE SALES TAX?

The item price and shipping fee do not include import duties, taxes or local taxes and charges. Heiheiworld does not take responsible for reporting or paying taxes. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility.

All orders placed on Heiheiworld are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means that import taxes and duties will not be paid by Heiheiworld. Instead, depending on the sales tax law of the location to which you are shipping, the carrier will invoice you upon delivery of your merchandise.

Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be.

As a US-based seller, all currencies on our site is listed in US dollar.

If you are out site of the United States, your credit card statement may show a different total amount based on the exchange rate.
